Lavare le zucchine e i porri e tagliarli a mezzi anelli. Sbucciare e tritare finemente la cipolla.<\/li>\n<li>Scaldare l&#8217;olio in una grande tegame e soffriggere tutte le verdure a fuoco medio per circa 6 minuti.<\/li>\n<li>Nel frattempo, mescolare il succo di limone e gli spicchi d&#8217;aglio pressati con gli altri ingredienti della salsa.<\/li>\n<li>Aggiungere la salsa alle verdure e soffriggere per 1 minuto.<\/li>\n<li>Aggiungere il riso appena cotto alla padella delle verdure e mescolare bene. Togliere la padella dal fuoco e aggiungere le uova.
