Affettare le cipolle. Friggerle in una padella con del burro.<\/p>\n<p>2. Tagliare i porri in due nel senso della lunghezza e lavare le met\u00e0 cos\u00ec ottenute sotto l\u2019acqua fredda. Poi tagliarli a striscioline da 2 a 3 cm e farli sbollentare per 3-5 minuti al massimo in acqua salata in leggera ebollizione. Scolare e immergere in acqua fredda corrente per interrompere il processo di cottura.<\/p>\n<p>3. Tagliare le mele a dadini. Friggerle in una padella con del burro. Mescolare le cipolle, i porri e le mele e aggiustare di sale e pepe.<\/p>\n<p>4. Cuocere le patate per 25 minuti in acqua bollente. Poi sbucciarle e tagliarle a cubetti di circa 2 cm.<br \/>\nAggiungere le patate al composto di mele, porri e cipolle.<\/p>\n<p>5. Grattugiare il formaggio per raclette e aggiungerlo al composto.<\/p>\n<p>6. Stendere la pasta in uno stampo profondo e riempire con il composto. Ricoprire il tutto con la pasta rimanente.
