Melissa, une apprentie installatrice-\u00e9lectricienne, est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une pro de la soudure : \u00ab Ce genre de travaux de motricit\u00e9 fine, c’est tout \u00e0 fait mon truc \u00bb, raconte-t-elle en attrapant de petites pi\u00e8ces avec une grande pincette. Elle est heureuse qu’au camp f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, de nombreuses personnes aient l’occasion de se familiariser avec la soudure et donc avec son travail. Certains autres apprentis doivent quant \u00e0 eux encore s’entra\u00eener \u00e0 souder. \u00ab Pour moi, la soudure est quelque chose de totalement nouveau ! Jusqu’\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, je n’en avais jamais fait dans mon travail.
