Si tu laves soigneusement les carottes, tu peux tout \u00e0 fait les consommer avec leur peau. La recette ci-dessous est pr\u00e9vue avec des carottes et des courgettes. Mais n\u2019importe quel l\u00e9gume de ton choix peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9parer un d\u00e9licieux Nasi Goreng. Fais simplement attention \u00e0 choisir des l\u00e9gumes de saison.<\/p>\n<p>Astuce pour les pros: tu manges d\u00e9j\u00e0 depuis longtemps les l\u00e9gumes avec leur peau? Laver les courgettes et le poireau et les couper en demi-rondelles.
